After Pascack Valley’s Student Council meeting on Thursday Nov. 15, students and teachers who attended the meeting were asked what their biggest takeaway was from the open discussion about fighting back against anti-Semitism in the school.

PV junior class president Anna Urrea states the importance of speaking up when you see any symbols of hate in the school.

Both PV senior Arianna Quevedo and PV junior Olivia Jones explain how the school must implement both a short and long term plan to stand against hate.

PV history teacher Ms. Leah Jerome offers the notion that the school’s dedicated students will overcome this anti-Semitic issue.
