The Lowdown: Yellin has been the leading scorer for the Indians throughout the entire season. He has been a leader for the team in his senior year. In the past five games, he’s averaged 20.6 points per game.

Expectations: “We have four more regular season games, so hopefully we can win those and go to Wayne Hills for states.”

Coach’s Comment: “He’s been a leader for us and he’s been genuine about his accountability,” Coach Al Coleman said. “He’s taken ownership this year, so we’re really happy. He’s come a long way. He’s our primary scorer, but more so than that he’s become a real leader both on the court and off the court and that’s what I’m most proud of.”  Coleman also joked that Yellin owes him a social life since he made him “a star” at PV.
